15+1 Studio is the collaboration of 2 designers, Chayakorn Phumchumphol and Chanyanoot Tulatummakul. Our work is based on materials experiment and process exploration. Our practice is to create an interesting way to communicate a story under the experiments, design process and our passions.

   Don't Unpack  is the result of our experiments. We have been trying to create furniture with other industrial process. By noticing advantages of the LDPE shrink films which are used in transportation packaging industry. LDPE shrinks films make the inside-objects stick together so there is no movement of the objects when the films got heated. From this feature, we create metal rod furniture by putting the parts together with the shrinking films instead of welding the metal. The same goes to the cushion which is created by heat sealed on aluminium foils instead of sewing. So as stated before,we create a furniture with a packaging process.
